三元前軀體共沉淀反應(yīng)釜由反應(yīng)釜,、蠕動泵,、在線PH控制系統(tǒng)、控溫循環(huán)裝置四部分組成,。采用PLC+觸摸屏控制,；反應(yīng)釜由不銹鋼316L和玻璃兩種材質(zhì)；夾套+保溫設(shè)計,；采用機械攪拌,、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速50-500r/min轉(zhuǎn)/分可調(diào)；采用雙層推進式攪拌槳,，混合速度快,，分散效果好；計量泵可實現(xiàn)連續(xù)進液,；led數(shù)字顯示泵頭轉(zhuǎn)速,，加料速率可調(diào)；可設(shè)置定時功能,；在線ph自動控制系統(tǒng),，穩(wěn)定性高,，耐酸堿腐蝕；控溫循環(huán)裝置,，通過夾套控溫,，控溫范圍30-70ºC正負0.5ºC；采用PLC+觸摸屏控制,，實現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)控反應(yīng)器內(nèi)溫度,、壓力、攪拌速度,、加料速率,、用戶只用輸入設(shè)定值，就可以實現(xiàn)無人值守自動反應(yīng),，避免長達48h的專門看守和手動調(diào)節(jié)波動造成的產(chǎn)品性能下降,。
